They create systems that are LOGICAL
They believe that everything IS POSSIBLE if the right system is created!
They are focused onGETTING IT DONE! GREENS MUST HAVE A SYSTEM!
AND IF THERE'S NOT A SYSTEM, THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ONE UP!
Greens are highly functional and productive. They love to create systems that are logical and sequential. Out of all the colors, the greens ARE the only ones who literally can do ten things at the same time.
Greens can see the "big picture" long before any of the other colors. The other colors may still be discussing concepts, choices, breaking things down, having more exhaustive discussions and the green is already started on the project because they see exactly what needs to happen, in a systematic order and are already out the door getting to work on it. They are totally focused about getting the job done.
Also, in their ability to see the big picture, greens often can see impending problems long before it has even occurred to anyone else. They are the one color that can literally turn "what if" ideas into creative systems and benefits. They are reserved, cautious & they make decisions only after careful systematized evaluation.
